(b) On July 21, 2006, Hon. Daniel Yona resigned as a director of the Company. To the best knowledge of the President and CEO of the Company, Hon. Yona resigned due to the press of other business interests requiring his attention not due to any disagreement between Hon. Yona and management or the Board relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
