Item 8.01 Other Events.
Airbee Wireless has received clearance from the NASD to begin trading on the OTCBB effective January 29, 2007. The NASD clearance letter is dated January 26, 2007 and was sent to Newbridge Securities who acted as sponsor for the Rule 15c2-11 application submission. The company considers this event to be a major milestone in its pursuit of its business plan. Our shareholders and the investment community have anticipated the listing on the OTCBB for some time and the company can now move forward in its business plan execution.
