We previously disclosed our acquisition of a fee interest in Thames Valley Five located at 400 Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, United Kingdom from an unrelated third-party on Form 8-K filed on March 20, 2008. We acquired Thames Valley Five for approximately £13,795,000 ($27,664,000), exclusive of customary closing costs and stamp duty fees. We are filing this Form 8-K/A to incorporate by reference the required financial information as described below in Item 9.01 with respect to Thames Valley Five.
