| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On February 25, 2015, Chambers Street Properties (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. Also on February 25, 2015, the Company made available on its website at www.ChambersStreet.com certain supplemental information regarding the Company’s financial results and operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The Company is attaching the press release as Exhibit 99.1 and the supplemental information as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

As discussed in Item 2.02 above, the Company issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 and made available on its website certain supplemental information relating thereto.
Also attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a presentation to certain institutional investors regarding the business and portfolio of the Company, to be made on or after February 25, 2015, which is incorporated herein by reference. The presentation will be posted on the Company’s website, www.ChambersStreet.com, on February 25, 2015.

On February 20, 2015, the Board of Trustees of the Company approved a monthly distribution of $0.0425 per common share for each of the months of April, May and June of 2015. The April dividend will be paid on May 8, 2015 to all shareholders of record on April 30, 2015, the May dividend will be paid on June 8, 2015 to all shareholders of record on May 29, 2015, and the June dividend will be paid on July 9, 2015 to all shareholders of record on June 30, 2015.
