On September 14, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend to stockholders in the amount of $0.35 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 12, 2007 to shareholders of record on September 28, 2007. The ex-dividend date is September 26, 2007. We anticipate that the dividend will be paid from ordinary income for tax purposes. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
