| 1. The reported 30,454,705 shares of PRKA (the "Shares") are held by Focused Compounding Fund, LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("Focused Compounding Fund"). Focused Compounding Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Focused Compounding Capital"), is the general partner of Focused Compounding Fund. Each of Geoff Gannon ("Gannon") and Andrew Kuhn ("Kuhn") serves as a managing member of Focused Compounding Capital. Accordingly, each of Focused Compounding Capital, Gannon and Kuhn could be deemed an indirect beneficial owner of such Shares owned by Focused Compounding Fund. |
