On July 18, 2008, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ExlService Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Kiran Karnik as a member of the Board. Mr. Karnik will join the Board on September 25, 2008.
On July 23, 2008, the Company issued a press release with regard to the appointment of Mr. Karnik to the Board. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
