Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.
Effective December 29, 2006, the Registrant’s name changed from Willowtree Advisor, Inc. to OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. In addition, effective December 29, 2006, the Registrant's quotation symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board changed from WLLW.OB to ORHI.OB.
