Item 2.02  Results of Operation and Financial Condition

On November 1, 2005, Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. On November 1, 2005, Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share payable on December 9, 2005, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2005.
