Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation Under an Off-balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On February 8, 2006, a promissory note was issued for a total of $1.5 million. The promissory note was repayable on March 30, 2006, but a letter of extension was issued on March 29, 2006, and the note became due on May 31, 2006. On June 23, 2006, the note was further extended to September 30, 2006.
