Supplement to Prospectus dated January 20, 2022
1. The following replaces the sixth paragraph under “The Adviser” in “Management of the Fund” in the Prospectus:
Charles B. Gaffney and Douglas R. Rogers, CFA, CMT are responsible for the overall and day-to-day management of the Fund’s investments. Messrs. Gaffney and Rogers are Vice Presidents of Eaton Vance, have managed other Eaton Vance portfolios for more than five years, and have been portfolio managers of the Fund since May 2023.
