On July 2, 2009 On4 Communications Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Delaware to change its name from Sound Revolution Inc. to On4 Communications Inc. This name change has been processed by FINRA and has been declared effective as of the open of business on August 20, 2009. The Company’s new stock symbol is ONCI.
