Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 25, 2014, the Company filed, with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona (the “Bankruptcy Court”), Monthly Operating Reports for August 2014. Copies of the referenced Monthly Operating Reports are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 – 99.6 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information contained in Item 7.01 of this Current Report (including Exhibits 99.1 – 99.6) shall be deemed furnished, not filed, for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act, and shall not otherwise be subject to the liabilities of that section.
