Rush Exploration Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM (Vancouver, British Columbia time) at Suite 1700-1185 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. In connection with the meeting, on or about June 4, 2013, the Company mailed to its shareholders a (i) Management Information Circular; (ii) Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders; and (iii) Proxy Card.
