On April 26, 2007, Michael Culotta resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Gary Willis, while continuing to serve in his current position, will perform the responsibilities of the chief financial officer until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
Mr. Willis, 42, has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since February 2006. From December 2002 to February 2006, Mr. Willis served as Vice President and Controller of the Company. From April 2002 to December 2002, Mr. Willis served as Chief Accounting Officer of Central Parking Corporation, a company that owns, leases and manages parking facilities. From 1995 to March 2002, Mr. Willis held various positions, including Chief Accounting Officer, with Gaylord Entertainment Company.
