On February 7, 2023, Manitex International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing selected preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2022 (the “Press Release”). The full text of the Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report, and can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.ManitexInternational.com.
The Company expects to issue full financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2022 before the market opens on Wednesday, March 8. A conference call to discuss the Company’s results is expected to be held the same day at 9:00 AM ET. A webcast of the conference call and accompanying presentation materials will be available in the Investor Relations section of the Manitex website at https://www.manitexinternational.com/eventspresentations.aspx, and a replay of the webcast will be available at the same time shortly after the webcast is complete.
