As previously announced, on September 6, 2007, Lou White, Chief Executive Officer of PokerTek, Inc. (the “Company”), will participate in the Roth Capital Partners 2007 New York Conference at The Westin Times Square in New York, New York. Mr. White is scheduled to present at the conference from 1:00-1:30 p.m. EDT. In connection therewith, Mr. White will advance a PowerPoint slide presentation (the “Slide Presentation”) providing certain information about the Company’s business and affairs, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Slide Presentation also is expected to be made available on the Company’s website at www.pokertek.com under the heading “Investors.”
