On February 19, 2008, PokerTek, Inc. (the “Company”) will be making presentations to certain members of the investment community and in connection therewith, will advance a PowerPoint presentation (the “Presentation”) providing certain information about the Company. The Presentation is furnished under this Item 7.01 pursuant to Regulation FD and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
