On December 3, 2008, PokerTek, Inc. (the “Company”) received approval from NASDAQ to transfer the listing of its common stock from The NASDAQ Global Market to The NASDAQ Capital Market, where its shares will continue to trade under the trading symbol “PTEK”.
On December 5, 2008, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, relating to the matters described above.
