Item 8.01 Other Events
At a regularly scheduled meeting held May 24, 2011, the Board of Directors of Valley Commerce Bancorp approved a 5% stock dividend to be issued to shareholders in June. The stock dividend will be provided to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2011.
