(d) On March 10, 2010, Mr. Timothy W. Wilhite was appointed to the Board of Directors of Home Federal Bank ("Bank") as well as the Boards of Home Federal Mutual Holding Company of Louisiana and Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana ("Company"), the mutual holding company and mid-tier holding company for the Bank, respectively. As of the date hereof, no decision on committee appointments has been made. Mr. Wilhite is Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Wilhite Electric Co., Inc., Bossier City, Louisiana and Of Counsel to the firm of Downer, Huguet & Wilhite, LLC, Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Wi lhite has not engaged in any transactions with the Company or any of its subsidiaries that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
