Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 9, 2008, SFSB, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into another Rule 10b5-1 repurchase plan with Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P. pursuant to which Sandler O’Neill will continue to repurchase shares of the Company’s common stock on its behalf under its stock repurchase program.
