Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 14, 2009, China Housing & Land Development, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that the Company has entered a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to acquire an 11 acre tract of land in the center of Xi’an, China.. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
