(b) Ms. Tracy Chaplin, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, has departed the Company, effective February 7, 2008.
(c) On February 8, 2008, Mr. Kevin Beitzel, age 39, was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Beitzel had served as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Maintenance and Operations since September 2007. From December 2005 through August 2007, Mr. Beitzel served as the Company’s Vice President of Maintenance. Prior to joining Avantair, Mr. Beitzel served as Director of Vendor Maintenance at US Airways from February 2005 to December 2005. From July 1999 to February 2005 Mr. Beitzel served as Maintenance Operations Manager at US Airways.
