On May 2, 2012, Richard Pytak departed Avantair, Inc. (the “Company”) from his position as Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 2, 2012. Mr. Pytak’s responsibilities have been reassigned to the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Wagman.
