(b) Effective March 14, 2013, the Chief Financial Officer of Avantair, Inc. (the “Company”), Carla Stucky, resigned her position with the Company to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Stucky will remain with the Company in order to transition her previous responsibilities through March 28, 2013.
