On March 1, 2012, Inergy Midstream, L.P. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Randy Moeder to the Board of Directors of the Company’s general partner, effective immediately. Mr. Moeder will also serve on the Audit Committee.
Mr. Moeder was not appointed pursuant to any arrangement or understanding with any person. Mr. Moeder is not a party to any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the appointment of Mr. Moeder is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
