Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 15, 2019, pdvWireless, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with a shareholder letter from its Chief Executive Officer, Morgan E. O’Brien, providing an overview of the Company’s thoughts on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“NPRM”) that was unanimously voted for adoption and released on March 14, 2019 by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) in the 900 MHz proceeding. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
