Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 17, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently included Transaction Code "A". The original Form 4 should have indicated Transaction Code "P". The reporting person has filed this amendment to restate the transaction with the correct Transaction Code.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $4.31 to $4.34, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide CorMedix Inc., any security holder of CorMedix Inc., or the staff at the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote to this Form 4.
