Explanation of Responses:

1. The vesting of the options was incorrectly reported in the original filing.

2. These options were granted on 3/1/2019. The options vest one-third on the date of grant, one-third on the first anniversary of the date of grant and one-third on the second anniversary of the date of grant.

Remarks:

The Issuer effected a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of its common stock on March 26, 2019. All share and per share exercise price amounts shown in this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the reverse stock split.
