On October 1, 2008, Douglas Milnor, the company's Chief Operating Officer, as a cost reduction measure, chose to accept a lesser salary and a new role as Executive Director of Operations and accordingly, is no longer an officer of the corporation.
On October 15, 2008, we issued a company update letter to certain shareholders. That letter contained certain forward looking information. A copy of that letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to our Current Report on Form 8-K, filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The information contained in that Current Report on Form 8-K and the letter to shareholders was "furnished" but not "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
