2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $26.00 to $26.08, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., any security holder of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. Ms. Clark directly beneficially owns 3,700 shares of common stock and 4,090 shares of restricted stock, with 79,331 shares indirectly through Smart Stuff, Inc. of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. Ms. Clark is the president and sole stockholder of Smart Stuff, Inc.
