On March 9, 2007, Partners Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing that Partners Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Partners Financial Corporation has appointed Michael D. Surgen as interim President and Chief Executive Officer and Robert Van Horn as interim Chief Lending Officer of the bank.
