1. Represents unvested restricted stock units foreited in connection with reporting person's resignation from the Company.

Remarks:

The reporting person resigned as the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective March 31, 2021. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the Company's equity securities and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
