On October 26, 2016, InvenTrust Properties Corp. (the “Company”) released selected preliminary unaudited financial results as of and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016. The results are set forth on Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein.
