(b) On June 12, 2013, Molly Henderson, notified VirtualScopics, Inc. (the “Company”), of her intention to resign from the Company as its Chief Business and Financial Officer, Sr. Vice President effective August 31, 2013 due to the relocation of her family to Europe. On June 14, 2013, the Company issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the notification.
