Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 4, 2007, Visant Corporation’s subsidiary, Jostens, Inc., announced its decision to consolidate its ring manufacturing operations. As a result, Jostens will permanently discontinue operations at its Attleboro, Massachusetts ring manufacturing facility. The closure of the facility is anticipated to occur in early February, 2008. A copy of the press release announcing the decision is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
