On April 21, 2010, Visant Corporation (“Visant”) announced that it has acquired through a wholly owned subsidiary of its Jostens, Inc. subsidiary, approximately 96 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Intergold Ltd. (TSX: IGOA) in connection with the previously announced cash offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Intergold Ltd.
