Proxy materials were sent to you on or about February 22, 2011 for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of your Fund scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2011. NEW MEETING DATE
To better accommodate our shareholders, the date of the Meeting has been changed.The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will now take place on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time). The location of the Annual Meeting has not changed; it will be held at Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.
