ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On December 3, 2020, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (i) reporting rent collected for the month ended November 30, 2020, (ii) updating capital deployment guidance for the year and (iii) announcing the Company’s entry into additional forward contracts under the Company’s At-the-Market Program during the fourth quarter of 2020.
