This amendment clarifies that the Reporting Person, as the CEO and sole Managing Member of Vast Exploration, LLC, is deemed to be a Beneficial Owner of Vast Exploration, LLC's ownership interests in JayHawk Energy, Inc. by virtue of the voting and dispositive control the Reporting Person has over Vast Exploration, LLC. The Reporting Person disclaims any Beneficial Ownership.
