On April 28, 2016, Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc. (the “Company”) first made available a letter to stockholders that will be included in its 2015 Annual Report. Also on April 28, 2016, the Company issued Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) regarding the estimated per share valuation of its common stock.
