Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of common stock underlying immediately vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted pursuant to the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. 2008 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares underlying the RSUs are issuable one year following the RSU grant date.

2. On December 7, 2020, 14,847 shares were transferred to the reporting person's grantor retained annuity trust. On February 9, 2022, 6,555 shares were returned to the reporting person as an annuity.
