Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 within the prescribed time period because the Company is in the process of preparing and reviewing the appropriate treatment for (option expense, warrrent expense and disclosure of related issues in the financial statements.) matters in order to finalize its annual financial statements and related disclosures. Moreover, the company does not yet have all the information it needs to complete the preparation of its financial statements.
