Triton Distribution Systems, Inc. is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 within the prescribed time period because the Company is waiting for financial information from its foreign subsidiary. Without this information the Company is unable to finalize its quarterly financial statements and related disclosures.
