The Special Meeting convened on February 20, 2013, but is now adjourned until March 7, 2013 since a vote requirement was not achieved. The Special Meeting will reconvene at the offices of Hatteras Investment Partners, LLC, at: 8540 Colonnade Center Drive, Suite 401, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27615 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
