On September 6, 2023, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) approved executive compensation for its named executive officer Elizabeth Pagliarini, Chief Executive Officer.
Effective September 1, 2023, Ms. Pagliarini will be entitled to receive: (i) a base salary equivalent to $575,000; and (ii) a discretionary cash bonus for 2023 as approved by the Compensation Committee of up to $400,000.
