| ITEM 2.01 | COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF ASSETS. |
On July 26, 2013, we completed the sale of the Santa Fe property to an unrelated third party for a purchase price of approximately $1.7 million in cash. Net proceeds from the sale of $1.6 million will be used to acquire new healthcare properties as part of the Company’s restructuring strategy, although there can be no assurance of such acquisitions. The property, located at 1830 South Santa Fe Street in Santa Ana, California is a 12,200 square foot industrial property we purchased in August 2010.
