ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On February 28, 2005 the interest reported on the December Servicer’s Certificate and distributed on January 18, 2005 as provided for in the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 9, 2004, was restated, resulting in a decrease of $561,062.81 from the interest previously reported in the December Servicer’s Certificate and filed with the Current Report on Form 8-K on January 26, 2005. A copy of the Restated Servicer’s Certificate is included as Exhibit 20 to this Current Report on Form 8-K/A.
