On November 6, 2006, MMC Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that Karl W. Miller, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and members of the Company’s senior management team, will discuss the third quarter 2006 results and other commercial matters during an investor presentation to be web cast live beginning at 9:00 am ET/8:00 CT on Wednesday, November 15, 2006.
